Shipping Information

 DOMESTIC ORDERS: All orders will be shipped within 2-5 days (via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail) after payment received, unless it's a custom order or I'm on vacation. First class mail does not include a tracking number or a guaranteed date to arrive. 

Cards are shipped in a clear sleeve in a sturdy envelope. Package should arrive 3-4 days, but not guaranteed.

Please note that I am not in control of USPS. Occasionally, there are delays on their end. If you absolutely need a package sooner, please contact me for expedited shipping. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International unless another method is requested within 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping upgrades will incur an additional fee, billed via Paypal after the original purchase clears.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Please contact me immediately if you are in any way unhappy with your order. I want you to love your purchase and would love to work with you to make it right! 

RETURNS: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for returned shipping costs.

REFUNDS: Will be given for the purchase price only (shipping will not refunded). Please contact me if you package was damaged or lost. Your email must include images of the damage product.

LOST OR DAMAGED: At times packages may get lost in the mail. If this happens, please contact us immediately; we will happily reship your order within two weeks. We will not reship lost packages if you have entered your address incorrectly when making your purchase.

If your package arrives damaged, please send us a photo and we will reship your package or issue a refund after we validate your claim.

REFUNDS + RETURNS ON APPAREL: Apparel listings include size guides and suggestions on fit. Please take time to ensure you are ordering the best size for you. If you are unhappy with the quality of the apparel, please email hello@shopgivewithjoy.com to begin a return.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD REFUNDS: Due to the nature of a digital download, refunds will not apply. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at hello@shopgivewithjoy.com. We are always open to suggestions.
