My Favorite Five: Things I love, inspire joy and work

I absolutely love when friends share their favorite things—those must-haves that bring joy, really work, and just make life easier! So, I thought I’d pass along a few of my own tried-and-true favorites that I’m obsessed with lately. These are things I’ve been making, doing, and using, and trust me, they’re all winners!

  1. So, my kids are back in school, and let’s just say 3 out of 3 of them showed some sniffles—but none of them actually got sick (hallelujah!). The secret? I start them this the moment I see any symptoms pop up. There’s even a kid-friendly version you can snag here.

  2. I purchased this used from Amazon, and every recipe has been a hit—seriously, 10/10! Plus, I use this handy tool to keep track of all my meal planning.

  3. These are a family favorite! We do them together and always stock up because they make such great gifts.

  4. And this recipe? Total game changer. These muffins are a go-to around here (just a heads up—I bake them at 350°F, not 475°F.

  5. Lastly, this little gadget has been a total lifesaver when it comes to cleaning. It’s cut our cleaning time in half!

One of my favorite things is cooking. Ever since my kids could stand on their own, we would have them in the kitchen helping with their stool and kid-friendly knives. That’s how I learned to cook and to enjoy it too - by watching my grandma and mom.

To make planning, preparing and cooking meals more joyful and easy, I wanted a more practical way to keep track of the recipes and meals that we enjoyed. I didn’t want to take time to think of which recipe were hits or not.

That’s why I created this notebook.

It will keep track of 32 weeks worth of meals with helpful stickers for the ones you loved, the ones that flopped, favorite dishes and the quick ones.
